Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations PTE LTD is seeking a senior supply chain leader to shape global supply assurance strategy across Assembly and Test manufacturing sites. You will drive metrics like DSL, SSA, WOS, OTD, and DIO, and lead cross-functional teams to improve procurement and productivity using AI-driven initiatives.

In this role, you will coach Supply Managers and Procurement Operations Managers, collaborate with site stakeholders and suppliers, and ensure end-to-end supply

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Planning/Engineering.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in supply management roles.
APICS, PMI, CPM, CPSM certification.
Minimum of 10 years of procurement experience in semiconductor and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement global strategic supply assurance plan for Assembly and Test manufacturing sites.
Drive site operational execution and inventory metrics such as DSL, SSA, WOS, OTD, and Buy Rule Governance.
Lead and coach supply managers and procurement operations managers.
Collaborate with site stakeholders, procurement partners and suppliers on supply assurance strategies.
Deliver strategic procurement solutions and end-to-end supply assurance.
