Singtel is seeking a senior leader to head the AI-Ready Data & Harness Engineering pillar within AIDA 2.0. You will own the design, build, run and continuous improvement of AI-ready data products, knowledge assets, and memory harnesses at scale across Singtel’s BUs.

You will influence senior decisions on data investments, governance, and platform strategy, driving build-once, deploy-many reuse and measurable business value while ensuring privacy and security by design.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of hands-on enterprise data engineering, data products, and AI foundations.
• Experience leading AI-ready data platforms at scale for multiple business units.
• Proven ability to build reusable data products and governance capabilities.
• Strong track record delivering ROI and measurable value in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Own AI-ready data product strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data/product/AI engineers and governance specialists.
• Design and deliver reusable data products, knowledge assets and context packages.
• Establish data contracts, semantic consistency, and trusted context across BUs.
