Confidential in Singapore seeks a senior HR leader to drive the design, governance and delivery of the Group's rewards and performance systems. You will advise senior management and HRBPs, shaping governance across diverse business units.

You will lead compensation frameworks, job architecture and senior executive remuneration, while partnering with the Remuneration Committee and external vendors to ensure market competitiveness and internal fairness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience in compensation, performance and policy.
  • Experience preparing senior remuneration recommendations for Board-level stakeholders.
  • Track record leading group-wide reward and performance frameworks in a complex conglomerate.
  • Familiarity with managing group benefits and international mobility programmes.
  • Strategic mindset to translate talent priorities into cohesive rewards solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

About the Role

The Head, Group Rewards drives the design, governance and delivery of the Group's compensation, performance management, incentive schemes, senior executive remuneration, job architecture and associated HR policy frameworks across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to the senior management team and HR Business Partners, this role ensures that reward and performance systems reinforce business outcomes, shape the right behaviors, and remain anchored in sound governance across the Group's diverse business units.

Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Management
  • Shape and periodically refresh the Group's overall compensation philosophy to align with evolving business needs and workforce priorities.
  • Build and maintain Group-wide pay frameworks, salary bands and remuneration guidelines.
  • Conduct ongoing market benchmarking to safeguard external competitiveness and internal fairness.
  • Guide senior leaders on emerging pay trends, labour market shifts and their organisational impact.
  • Design reward mechanisms that support talent acquisition, retention and business transformation goals.
Performance Management
  • Govern Group-wide performance appraisal, calibration and review cycles.
  • Oversee the administration and governance of pay-for-performance practices.
Remuneration Committee Support
  • On need basis, design and refresh remuneration programmes for the senior leadership population, end to end.
  • Recommend structures for executive pay, incentive schemes and related policies.
  • Prepare remuneration proposals and present these to Management, Board Committees and the Board where needed.
  • Keep executive pay practices in step with governance standards and market benchmarks.
Job Architecture & Framework
  • Provide group direction for job evaluation methodology, governance and grading structures across various business units.
  • Steer initiatives on job architecture, role sizing and career progression pathways.
  • Uphold consistency and discipline in job evaluation and grading outcomes.
  • Provide guidance to business heads on organisational design and workforce planning when required.
Digital Platform & Analytics
  • Champion digitalisation of rewards and performance processes to improve efficiency, governance and the employee experience.
  • Harness data, analytics and AI capabilities to enhance compensation planning, incentive structuring and workforce budget projections.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the HRBP and Leadership go-to specialist on rewards, benefits, international mobility and related HR practices.
  • Oversee engagement with external consultants, compensation survey providers and other vendors on rewards initiatives.
  • Take the lead on major reward and policy projects, from concept through to rollout, as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
