Job summary

LOTUS THAI RESTAURANT (KPT) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Thai cook to prepare authentic dishes from scratch and maintain high kitchen hygiene. You will work as part of a team and may lead the kitchen as needed, especially on busy weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities include planning weekly food quantities, ordering supplies, and assisting with dishwashing and waste disposal. Experience with kwali cooking and a passion for Thai cuisine are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to use kwali to cook food.
• Team Player and able to lead the kitchen if required.
• Required to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to cook amazing Thai dishes from scratch is a must.
• Cleaning and disinfecting items you work with, including grills, fryers and counter surfaces.
• Help out washing the plates and throwing the rubbish if required.
• Plan how much food will be needed for the week.
• Order food and supplies.
