Job summary

Jober Pte Ltd is seeking a chef/cook to join its kitchen team in Singapore. The role involves setting up the station, studying recipes, and cooking food in a timely manner to ensure quality service.

You will lead kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and inform the team about daily specials while maintaining high standards of hygiene and plate presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. Chinese cuisine dishes)
• Leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
