Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in semiconductor environments.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Interest in equipment and data analytics using Python / Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and identify issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
