Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science or related field. Master’s is a plus.
• 2-3 years of program/project management within engineering or technology.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a Cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Define program requirements, objectives and timelines aligned with customer schedules.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and proposals.
• Monitor program progress and adjust plans to prevent delays in qualification timelines.
• Lead data analysis for customer and internal purposes related to HDD optimization.
• Identify KPIV/Media parameters affecting HDD performance (pass rate, QC, defect performance).
• Collaborate with RD team on HDD-media analysis results and findings.
• Support RTV FA and discuss with internal teams for root-cause analysis and improvement actions.
