Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field required.
• Internship experience in semiconductor devices is a plus.
• Familiarity with DRAM architecture and device physics necessary.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop reliability stress test plans.
• Collaborate with Global Quality to manage qualification execution.
• Drive down Extrinsic and Intrinsic Reliability through optimized flows.
• Identify root causes in reliability tests and drive for improvements.
• Recommend process conversions to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Communicate risks associated with DPM process conversions.
• Promote innovation to gain a technical advantage.
• Develop project management skills within the team.
• Make decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Collaborate across functions for holistic product development.
