Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process, or product engineering.
• Familiarity with data analysis and basic statistics (Excel; JMP/Python preferred).
• Ability to follow defined NPI procedures and phase-gate requirements.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Execute NPI tasks for HBMs following phase gates and procedures.
• Support NPI builds with data collection and readiness activities.
• Assist with NPI-to-HVM handoff and documentation.
• Conduct process characterization, DOEs, and window studies.
• Perform yield, defect, and variability analysis; support RCA.
• Collaborate across Fab, Assembly, Test, Yield, and Quality teams.
