Job summary

Qualifications

Excellent collaborator management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and drive PI strategy, standards, and guidelines across HBM programs.
Coordinate PI execution across multiple HBM NPI programs, ensuring ramp targets.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies across sites.
Lead PI managers and senior engineers across locations; foster ownership and development.
Champion AI-enabled tools for yield analysis and risk prediction.
Communicate program status and strategic priorities to executive leadership.
