Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future. The Manager, Hardware Portfolio & Performance, will provide an integrated view of Singtel’s Hardware performance and drive cross-portfolio initiatives to improve revenue and outcomes.

You will oversee performance across brands, channels and key sales drivers, with accountability for multi-brand revenue and growth strategies, engaging Brand PMs and channel stakeholders to turn insights into actions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Analytics or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience; senior leadership exposure may be considered at a more senior level.
• Advanced Excel and quantitative analysis capabilities.
• Strong revenue and commercial performance analysis and forecasting skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with dashboarding, BI tools and data visualization.
• Strong business case and scenario-modelling capabilities.
• Experience in product marketing and commercial partner negotiations.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Structured problem solving and sound commercial judgement.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong ownership, resilience and ability to work under demanding timelines.
• Good understanding of mobile hardware economics, channel dynamics, device lifecycle, customer propositions and partner/vendor management.
• Experience within telecommunications, consumer electronics, hardware/device, retail or adjacent technology industries.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting automation, device pricing, IPP/RRP propositions, Trade-In or circular-economy programmes.
• Executive presence and experience presenting to senior management.
• Ability to coach or guide peers on performance management.
• Knowledge of Trade-In operations, device financing/instalment propositions and the Singapore consumer device market.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated view of Hardware revenue, volume and performance across brands, channels and sales drivers.
• Analyse actual performance against Budget/AOP, forecast and prior year, identifying root causes, risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Work with Brand PMs to translate portfolio insights into actions; brand-level P&L ownership remains with Brand PMs.
• Own consolidation of Hardware revenue and demand forecasts; track forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and present weekly Hardware performance view for senior management with key call-outs and action tracking.
• Maintain data integrity across reporting sources.
• Lead cross-brand initiatives to grow IPP and RRP device revenue and volume.
• Coordinate Brand PMs and channels on recovery and growth actions.
