Singtel Group is seeking a Manager, Hardware Marketing in Singapore to own the commercial success of assigned handset brands. You will drive product strategy, pricing, vendor partnerships and go-to-market execution, collaborating with global device makers and cross-functional teams to optimize portfolio performance and drive hardware revenue.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 5–7+ years in Product Marketing, Category or Commercial Marketing, preferably in telecoms or hardware.
• Proven experience managing product portfolios, pricing strategies and commercial performance.
• Strong go-to-market planning and integrated campaigns experience.
• Vendor management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Experience managing P&L, revenue performance and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools like Power BI are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end commercial performance of assigned handset brands, including revenue and lifecycle management.
• Develop pricing strategies, promotions and value propositions to maximize commercial performance.
• Lead partnerships with handset vendors and drive joint business planning and marketing investments.
• Lead go-to-market planning and campaigns for new handset launches and seasonal updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail and Operations for integrated campaigns.
• Drive in-base upsell, cross-sell and customer acquisition to boost hardware revenue.
• Monitor portfolio performance with financial reporting and competitive analysis.
• Manage marketing operations, pre-sales readiness and post-sales processes.
• Handle escalations related to handset products, promotions and policies.
