Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant at Tai Seng, offering a stable role with regular weekday hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and a salary of 2,500 to 3,000 SGD plus AWS.

You will perform goods receiving, packing, inventory, shipments and basic data entry, in a hands‑on environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but reliability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable with hands-on duties including lifting and moving cartons/materials.
• Able to stretch-wrap ~20 pallets daily.
• Basic IT literacy for data entry and shipment tracking.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving, unloading, verification and documentation.
• Carry out accurate pick & pack duties.
• Organise, label and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Prepare, pack and arrange shipments for dispatch.
• Perform basic system data entry and shipment tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable with hands‑on warehouse duties, including lifting and moving cartons/materials
• Able to manually stretch-wrap approximately 20 pallets daily
• Basic IT literacy for data entry and shipment tracking
• Able to communicate effectively with teammates
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and a good team player
