Job summary

iLaser is seeking a technically skilled technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain 3D printers, laser engraving machines and CNC equipment. You will work closely with a small, hands-on team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment for customers.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role involves hands-on repairs, parts replacement, calibration, and on-site support with a focus on clear communication with customers and teammates in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Nitec or higher technical diploma in relevant fields is required.
• Must be willing to learn and perform hands-on repairs.
• Good communication with customers and teammates is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines.
• Replace parts, calibrate equipment and test performance.
• Help customers with machine setup, operation and technical enquiries.
• Support installations, demonstrations and occasional onsite service.
• Keep clear service records and organise tools and spare parts.
