Job summary

UDON TIME PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at Plaza Singapura.

The role involves leading Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams, coordinating schedules, training staff, and ensuring high standards of service. You will manage suppliers, control costs, monitor inventory, and maintain records including payroll and purchases, while upholding food safety, hygiene and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant/F&B operations or a similar management role.
• Proven leadership, communication and team management skills.
• Familiar with POS and online ordering platforms.
• Strong organizational, administrative and reporting abilities.
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and overall restaurant management.
• Supervise Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and support training/onboarding.
• Manage suppliers, sourcing, price negotiation, and purchasing.
• Monitor inventory and forecast requirements for kitchenware, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, costs, and sales; assist payroll administration.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service and customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and recommend operational improvements.
• Work closely with the management team on cost control, staff performance, and operational improvements.
• Take a hands-on approach and support the restaurant team during busy periods when required.
