Job summary

Jun Heng Automation PTE ltd is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our Serangoon team. Entry-level candidates are welcome as full training will be provided, with preference for candidates having 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience.

The role involves assembling components, maintaining the work area for safety, and collaborating with the workshop team to meet production schedules. Mandarin proficiency is a plus for communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on mechanical assembly experience preferred, entry-level applicants welcome for training.
• NITEC or higher / diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant technical discipline.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred to communicate with Chinese-speaking team members.
• Practical hands-on skills, good work attitude and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, sub-assemblies and equipment according to drawings and instructions.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area safe and clean.
• Collaborate with workshop team to meet production schedules.
• Assist with general workshop duties and handling of mechanical tools/equipment.
