Job summary

CAD-IT Consultants (Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join the MIS team in Singapore. You will support Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint security, servers, backups, SaaS platforms and data-centre operations across the global CAD-IT footprint.

You will work alongside the Network & Hardware Engineer and MIS Manager, developing your career in IT infrastructure and systems administration with training and certification support.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary qualifications in IT or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, servers and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA and endpoint security.
• Willingness to learn and pursue certifications; documentation of work.

Responsibilities

• Administer M365 users, licences, groups and permissions.
• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software issues.
• Assist with server installation, maintenance and data-centre tasks.
• Coordinate backup, patching and monitoring activities.
• Support global CAD-IT users across time zones.
