Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Network & Infrastructure Intern to work with our IT Network Team on real infrastructure across data centres and cloud environments. You will support daily operations and participate in hands-on projects such as CMDB migrations and DR/BCP tasks.

Gain exposure to multi-vendor networks (Cisco, FortiSwitch, Palo Alto), AWS environments, and MAS TRM compliance work while rotating through frontline end-user support.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in networking, systems or cloud infrastructure; CCNA fundamentals a plus.
• Able to follow structured procedures with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day network infrastructure operations across sites.
• Gain hands-on exposure to multi-vendor environments (Cisco, FortiSwitch, Palo Alto).
• Assist with server and cloud infrastructure support including AWS walkthroughs.
• Contribute to live projects such as CMDB migration or DR/BCP tasks.
• Support compliance documentation including topology diagrams and incident write-ups.
• Rotate through frontline end-user support including onboarding/offboarding.
