Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking a network infrastructure specialist to manage enterprise LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) in Singapore. You will provide 24×7 support, configure Cisco/Fortinet/Check Point devices, VPNs, and wireless networks.

The role requires hands-on firewall and routing expertise, security policy enforcement, and capacity planning. On-call rotation is part of the duties, with on-site coordination across vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Experience with enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet and Check Point.
• Prior experience in VMware, Windows Server, Azure, and AWS is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, routing & switching, VPN, and Wireless LAN technologies.
• Familiar with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network documentation, inventory records, and operational procedures.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
