Job summary

DELI HUB CATERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Health, Safety and Environment Manager to build and lead HSE and food safety capabilities across its Institutional Catering business, supporting client-operated sites and working with internal stakeholders to scale the operation.

This builder role requires shaping the HSE system rather than inheriting it, conducting audits, driving HACCP and ISO 22000 compliance, and coaching teams on safety and hygiene as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in catering, food manufacturing, hospitality or large-scale foodservice.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety systems and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience with ISO 22000, audits, investigations and corrective-action management.
• Relevant WSH, auditing or food safety qualifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE and food safety systems across the Institutional Catering business.
• Maintain and strengthen HACCP, ISO 22000 and relevant food safety management systems.
• Conduct audits and inspections across client sites.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective-action follow-up.
• Develop SOPs, risk assessments, audit frameworks and performance tracking systems.
• Support regulatory, certification and client audits.
• Conduct training and coach operations teams on workplace safety, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support new site mobilisation and assess HSE requirements for new operations.
• Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Procurement and Business Development on cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide HSE and food safety input for tenders, client presentations and operational reviews.

Degree or Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Food Science, Environmental Health or related discipline
