Job summary

Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Food Safety/QA professional to lead regulatory compliance and quality assurance across central kitchens, catering events, and services. The role emphasizes ISO 22000:2018 implementation, HACCP documentation, 6S site organization, and robust audit processes.

You will drive training and record-keeping, manage external and internal audits, and collaborate with Facilities and HR to uphold a strong food safety culture. Flexibility for events is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3 (eligible to register as a Food Hygiene Officer with SFA).
• 3–5 years of Food Safety/QA experience in central kitchens, catering, or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, SFA regulations; Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience with 6S, EHS risk assessments, and incident investigations; bizSAFE/WSH a plus.
• Strong training, documentation, and reporting skills; flexible hours including events.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ISO 22000:2018 implementation across all kitchens, production areas, and events.
• Monitor compliance with SFA licensing, inspection, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain Food Safety Management Plans and HACCP docs.
• Plan and manage routine food sampling and lab submissions; ensure traceability systems.
• Coordinate quarterly external audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Lead internal audits; prepare reports and drive continuous improvement.
