Job summary

Cygnify is seeking a hands-on Product Lead IC with experience in banking, financial services, or fintech to drive product initiatives and customer needs. The role starts as an Individual Contributor, owning discovery, requirements, and delivery, with growth to build and lead a product team.

You will collaborate with engineering, technology, business, and client stakeholders to shape products that solve real problems across banking and fintech.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of product management experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or enterprise tech.
• Proven track record from concept to launch and ongoing enhancement.
• Strong collaboration with software engineering and technical teams.
• Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specs and actionable development tasks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and improvement.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, goals, and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data, and client stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Mentor and lead product managers as the team grows.
