Responsibilities cover homepage optimization, customer engagement, campaigns, and governance.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in digital products or platforms.
Minimum 5+ years in a senior product role.
Essential: strong experience in the financial services industry (retail banking, digital payments, fintech).
Essential: proven track record driving consumer initiatives for a consumer-facing digital product.
Experience with app-based platform growth and user engagement strategies.
High comfort working with technology and delivery teams to ensure timely features.

Responsibilities

Drive product strategy, customer experience, and end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives.
Lead homepage refreshes and UX enhancements with analytics and CMS tools.
Oversee gamification, loyalty mechanics, and partnerships to grow engagement.
Coordinate campaigns across Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Support merchant onboarding portals, partner API integrations, and campaign execution.
Ensure governance, risk, and regulatory compliance for initiatives.
Provide day-to-day coordination across initiatives using agile practices.
