Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain and relocate semiconductor equipment at customer sites in Singapore. This hands-on role requires working with electrical, mechanical systems and cleanroom environments.

You will perform on-site installation and repair, provide technical support, generate service reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Willing to work overtime, including evenings and weekends; OT paid.
• Hands-on, technically inclined with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in cleanroom/sub-fab environments and in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service and technical support to customers within the semiconductor industry.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, de-install, and relocate semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage parts logistics.
• Prepare service and repair reports and documentation.
• Adhere to 6S lab practices and safety requirements.
• Attend technology transfer and training sessions.
