Job summary

MAJULAH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Concrete Pump Fleet Operations Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily pumping operations on site, yard and field.

You will plan, deploy and supervise pumps, operators and supporting staff to meet client requirements and project schedules. Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate with REs/RTOs, main contractors and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain records for maintenance, deployment and billing.

Qualifications

• Must possess a BCSS certificate or equivalent safety qualification.
• 10+ years’ experience in concrete pump fleet operations or related roles.
• Ability to supervise and train operators and workers.
• Strong reading of drawings and plans; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage operators and workers during pumping operations.
• Read, understand and implement client requirements, drawings and contracts.
• Plan deployment of pumps, operators, mechanics and supporting staff.
• Coordinate day-to-day pumping activities with clients and site teams.
• Maintain fleet records, maintenance and deployment documentation.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular safety inspections.
