Job summary

YY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Concrete Pump Operation Manager in Singapore to plan and coordinate daily pumping operations, arrange pumps and manpower, and ensure on-time deployment for casting works.

You will monitor site activities, coordinate with contractors, manage equipment maintenance, and contribute to safety and reporting processes. The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, hands-on leadership of operators and drivers, and flexibility for night shifts or

Qualifications

• Able to speak, read and write English and Chinese.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in concrete pumping / construction operations.
• Willing to work flexible hours for night casting or urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily concrete pumping operations.
• Arrange pumps, operators, drivers, mechanics and manpower per project.
• Ensure pumps deployed on time and ready for casting.
• Monitor operations and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate emergency pump replacements.
• Liaise with contractors, supervisors and project teams on schedules.
• Monitor equipment condition and maintenance; ensure inspections.
• Prepare daily records and regular operational reports.
