Job summary

Vinova seeks a hands-on Business Analyst to support a government agency in Singapore, replacing a Java-based legacy system with a bespoke application. You will work with business users, Product Owners, the Project Manager, and delivery teams to understand processes, define requirements, and support implementation in an Agile Scrum environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on BA experience in software implementations, system modernisation, or migration.
Experience producing requirements docs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ability to translate complex business rules into implementable requirements.
Familiarity with data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and QA in migration projects.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops with business users to document workflows, rules, and future needs.
Document as-is and to-be processes, identify gaps and dependencies.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, specs, user stories, and test criteria.
Create process flows, user journeys, and low-fidelity mockups for clarity.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise MVP scope.
