OLIVIA RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations at our Singapore restaurant. You will ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards while leading a front-of-house team.

In this hands-on role, you will manage staffing, training, service quality, and collaboration with kitchen and marketing to drive guest experience and sales growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in restaurant/hospitality operations.
• Experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of POS, cash handling, inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise front-of-house team during service periods.
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene standards and procedures are followed.
• Maintain guest service, food quality and restaurant presentation.
• Assist with staff scheduling and deployment.
