Job summary

Charterhouse Resources is seeking a hands-on Assistant Finance Manager to join a fast-growing premium workspace group with local and overseas subsidiaries. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage day-to-day accounting, AR/AP, tax reporting, and internal reporting.

You will partner with Operations and Sales, drive budgeting and forecasting, implement controls, and support efficiency. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or business, at least five years of accounting

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on in full sets of accounts, management and tax reporting.
• Audit and accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-driven, proactive, independent and responsible.
• Able to manage a dynamic workload with tight deadlines.
• Experience within the real estate or co-working industry.
• Regional experience handling overseas subsidiaries.
• Immediate start availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AR and AP for selected entities and business operations.
• Manage tax reporting for selected entities.
• Prepare business activity reports, financial forecasts and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support management reporting and financial analysis.
• Partner closely with Operations, Sales and other departments on finance-related matters.
• Implement and execute departmental and organisational controls and procedures.
• Support organisational and operational efficiency.
