Job summary

FoodMax is hiring a Senior/Staff Software Architect to own end-to-end architecture and hands-on delivery within a rapidly growing B2B fresh food supply chain. You will shape architectural decisions and directly implement critical modules to ensure stability and velocity.

Based at The JTC Summit, you will drive scalability to 10,000+ daily orders, coordinating with Product, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in architecture, core system ownership, or technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on coding ability — genuinely willing to stay hands‑on, not just plans and reviews.
• Track record of leading at least one core system evolution, major refactor, data migration, or stability initiative, with measurable before/after results.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for scaling to 10,000+ daily orders.
• Design and implement critical modules with data consistency.
• Establish SLOs, monitoring, and incident response.
• Lead architecture governance and cross-team enablement.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices and guardrails.
