KAISHI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on technology professional to own and improve the firm’s AI tools, internal applications and workflow automations.

You will partner with colleagues to translate business needs into practical tech solutions, while maintaining security and reliability across a flat, IC role. The role blends engineering work with exposure to an investment environment and offers growth into a technology partner role.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in software engineering or systems engineering.
• Ability to write code or scripts and integrate applications.
• Experience building or experimenting with AI tools to address real business needs.
• Familiarity with cloud services, access management and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI tools, internal applications and workflow automations.
• Work with colleagues to identify inefficiencies and turn business needs into working solutions.
• Improve integrations, data flows and the reliability of internal systems.
• Manage everyday technology needs, including applications, user access and coordination with external IT providers.
• Evaluate tools and vendors, making thoughtful decisions about what to build, buy or simplify.
• Support cybersecurity and technology risk work, including investor due diligence questionnaires and MAS TRM-related enquiries.
• Document systems and processes, keeping security, maintainability and business continuity in mind.
