Job summary

ACCA Careers in Singapore is seeking a sharp Accounting & Operations Executive to manage the full finance cycle for a small group of companies, with hands-on exposure and guidance.

You will handle AP/AR, GL, GST, payroll basics (CPF), liaise with auditors, and strengthen internal controls while exploring cloud accounting and AI tools.

Candidates with 1–2 years’ experience, GST/CPF knowledge, and cloud software like Zoho Books or QuickBooks are encouraged to apply; local applicants only.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with full-set accounts.
• Working knowledge of GST and Singapore tax and CPF requirements.
• Experience with cloud accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, accruals, month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and support corporate tax filings.
• Process salary payments and CPF submissions.
• Reconcile bank and investment statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries.
• Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows and documentation.
• Monitor vendor invoices and ensure correct charges.
• Support company administration and compliance filings.
• Improve processes using cloud accounting and AI tools.
