PARKROYAL SERVICED RESIDENCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Service Team Leader to supervise Front Office, Pacific Lounge and related areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to service standards.

Qualificações

Minimum 3 years in a senior Front Office role, preferably in a Deluxe Premier Hotel or Serviced Apartment.
Strong background in guest or customer service excellence.

Responsabilidades

Supervise Front Office, Back Office and Pacific Lounge operations per standards.
Provide professional, courteous service and maintain SOPs.
Coordinate with departments to meet guest preferences and VIP requests.
Train and develop team, uphold company values and culture.
Monitor front office performance metrics and ensure smooth operations during peak times.
Oversee room allocations, check-ins/outs, and cash handling per policies.
Assist in guest complaint handling and service recovery processes.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of Front Office, Lobby, and Pacific Lounge.
