Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, check in/out per hotel guidelines.
• Review arrivals, departures, and guest profiles.
• Handle front desk cash transactions and balance cash at shift end.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and requests.
• Provide information and resolve guest enquiries and complaints.
• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
