Job summary

The GMP Group is seeking a customer-focused team member in Singapore to assist customers, take orders, and handle payments at the counter or table service. You will prepare takeaway orders and maintain clean and organized service areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions about menu items and serving them at tables or the counter.
• Operate the cash register, process takeaway orders, accept payments, and provide accurate change.
• Prepare and pack takeaway orders appropriately.
• Stock and replenish supplies at service areas and refill condiments as needed.
• Clean and sanitize service areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of utensils and equipment.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Store Manager from time to time.
