Job summary

Pullman Singapore Hill Street is seeking a skilled bartender to manage daily bar operations, prepare and present beverages, and engage guests with friendly, professional service. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a similar bar position and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• In charge of the day to day running of the bar
• Prepare drink ingredients and mise-en-place
• Follow recipes and prepare beverages accordingly

• Track and manage bar inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
• Handle guests' feedback promptly
• Perform other duties as directed by the management

Job Description

Summary

Responsible for preparation and presentation of all beverages in conformance to product and performance standards, maintaining of operating equipment’s, provide sound suggestions and up selling of food and beverage, and engaging guests in professional and friendly conversations.
