Pullman Singapore Hill Street is seeking a skilled bartender to prepare and present beverages, maintain bar equipment, and upsell food and drinks while engaging guests in a professional, warm manner. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to recipes, and high standards of hygiene in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.

You will contribute to an exceptional guest experience by delivering consistent quality, managing inventory, and supporting bar operations under management guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare drink ingredients and mise-en-place accurately for efficient service
• Follow beverage recipes precisely to maintain consistent quality

• Track and manage bar inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards at all times
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback to maintain high service standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall bar operations

Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and presenting beverages to meet product and performance standards, maintaining bar equipment, suggesting and upselling food and drinks, and engaging guests professionally and warmly.
