Job summary

Taste of Ching PTE. LTD. invites a hands-on hospitality supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Singapore outlet, ensuring tasks run in order and giving clear briefings to the team at the start of each shift.

You will coach junior staff, guide guests with courtesy and efficiency, help achieve revenue targets by upselling and recommending menu items, and champion waste reduction and fair workload distribution for a harmonious work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities within the department are in proper order.
• Co-ordinate and teammates are briefed daily during each shift.
• Ensure the daily operations are run in an orderly and proper manner.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff to achieve guest's satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving the revenue target by upselling and recommending menu items to guests.
• Assist and recommend ways to reduce wastage and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure guests are properly served and staff express courtesy and efficiency in guest interactions.
• Maintain harmonious working relationships with fair distribution of workload.
