Responsibilities include handling reservations, presenting menus, inputting orders into POS, serving and clearing tables promptly, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting events and promotions with the manager.

• Deliver excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle reservations and identify the purpose of guests’ visits.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously with a warm smile and professional body language.
• Present menus, highlight promotions or specials, and make suitable recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Take and repeat orders accurately, informing guests of the estimated serving time.
• Input orders efficiently into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to guests’ orders.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover during different meal periods.
• Process payments and check bills promptly and accurately.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
• Support the Manager in planning and organizing special events and promotions.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Adhere to all Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene standards and procedures.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate complaints to the Manager when necessary.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Manager as required.
