Qualifications

Candidate must have Professional Certificate or Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Hotel Management or equivalent.
Fluent spoken English with reading and writing ability.
Meticulous, mathematically inclined with good people skills.
Analytical with strong problem solving and decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and staff.
Self-discipline and motivation with professional grooming.
Able to stand long hours and work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage work stations as assigned and ensure cleanliness.
Attend to guests' requests and respond to queries/complaints promptly.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with standards and regulations.
Maintain sanitation, safety, and health procedures in the workplace.
Support and cooperate with team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation.
