Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused team member in Singapore to provide friendly, courteous and professional service to guests, manage reservations, greet guests and usher them to rooms.

You will take orders, serve food and beverages, operate POS systems, handle alcohol service responsibly, and maintain a clean, safe outlet. Shifts include day, night, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service to guests.
• Handle phone reservations, customer enquiries, greetings and ushering of guests to rooms.
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Operate POS systems and process customer transactions accurately.
• Perform basic checks and troubleshooting of microphone and karaoke systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe and presentable environment in accordance with workplace standards.
• Adhere to service procedures, hygiene requirements and professional grooming standards.
• Handle and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with company procedures.
• Support other outlet operations and duties as required.
