Qualifications

You'll play a key role in creating exceptional first impressions and supporting day-to-day guest needs with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed.
• Offer personalized recommendations on local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences.
• Provide detailed orientation of hotel facilities and amenities

Service Coordination

• Facilitate reservations and bookings for restaurants, transportation, tours, and events.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Valet, and Transportation teams to ensure seamless service.

Operational Support

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and offerings.
• Stay informed of local events and happenings at Resorts World Sentosa to enhance guest recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local attractions in Singapore and cultural institutions is advantageous.
