Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly to start a memorable experience.
• Manage bookings, inquiries, and up-selling opportunities.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Check guests in/out efficiently and securely.
• Record preferences and respond to requests and concerns.
• Assist guests with local information and escalate to management when needed.
