Job summary

Qualifications

• Budgeting and cost-control responsibilities.
• Monitor departmental expenses to improve productivity.
• Oversee Front Office inventory and usage.
• Analyze financials to drive revenue and profitability.
• Support third-party vendor induction and performance.
• Provide mentoring and regular feedback to the team.
• Ensure staff are trained with proper tools and equipment.
• Promote a one-team approach and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Custodian of guest satisfaction goals including loyalty recognition and problem resolution.
• Interact with guests, solicit feedback and build relationships.
• Lead a team to respond to guest complaints and special requests.
• Maintain high level of guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Support front office and ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• Maintain roomliness and coordinate F&B tasks within Guest Services.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop programs to improve employee engagement and succession planning.
• Oversee training and development for Guest Services Team.
