Job summary

Lume Social is seeking a friendly Service Crew to deliver warm, attentive service to guests. You will welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages while ensuring tables and guest areas remain tidy and inviting.

We value initiative, positive attitude, and teamwork. Training is provided and hospitality experience is optional. You will work in a fast-paced environment with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented personality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confident communicating and interacting with guests.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual and dependable.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant service duties.
• Able to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and attend to them in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide attentive service throughout the guest's visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Check on guests regularly and anticipate their needs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements.
• Thank guests upon departure and help create a positive lasting impression.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and promotions to assist guests.
