Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts via Holiday Inn is seeking a diligent housekeeping team member to deliver prompt guest service, manage laundry and inventory, and maintain linen and pantry supplies according to established standards.

You will work under the Housekeeping team to address guest requests, prepare rooms and public areas, and ensure safety and adherence to OH&S guidelines while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Certificate in relevant field.
• 1 year of guest/customer service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and professional housekeeping services.
• Attend to guest requests and manage laundry and uniform inventory.
• Maintain linen and pantry supplies according to quality standards.
• Assist in all assigned housekeeping duties and tasks.
• Ensure safety and OH&S guidelines are followed.
• Record daily guest loan items and runner job lists.
