Job summary

Tung Lok Signatures (2006) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-oriented team member to join our front-of-house operations in the restaurant. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and support daily operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

You should maintain a neat outlet appearance, keep staff informed about promotions, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and revenue in a fast-paced F&B environment. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for day-to-day operations.
• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an attractive and orderly appearance in the outlet.
• Ensure that all staff are properly informed on promotions and information.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency, customer service, and revenue generation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
