Job summary

JC HERITAGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, organizing shifts, managing supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards.

You will respond to guest questions about menus and products, train new staff, monitor costs to minimize waste, and ensure guest satisfaction. You may cover duties of the Manager in their absence and support senior staff as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager to manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Assist Manager to organize and supervise shifts
• Assist Manager to manage restaurant supplies
• Assist Manager to monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Answering customer’s queries regarding menus, ingredients, or any other product related queries.
• Assist in tidying up and table setting
• Responsible for the preparation work of Restaurant opening and closing operation hours.
• Manage and lead staff
• Training new staff
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints and resolve customer problems and concerns personally.
• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness of individual by following basic grooming & hygiene.
• Covers jobs of the Manager in the absence of Manager.
• Any other job-related duties requested from senior staff or the director.
