Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Singapore seeks a capable hotel operations professional to oversee daily front office activities, ensuring Brand standards and the IHG service philosophy are upheld across Finance, People, Guest Experience and Responsible Business.

You will assist in budgeting, monitor expenses, mentor staff, respond to guest feedback, and reinforce safety and service excellence, with meaningful growth opportunities in a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years’ service industry experience.
• Supervisory experience is essential.
• Must be proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget.
• Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on increasing productivity.
• Analyze financials to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum ROI.
• Assist with third party vendor induction and support in managing vendor performance.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action.
