Job summary

Hilton Singapore is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead the guest relations team, manage VIP bookings, and ensure service aligns with Hilton’s high standards.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. You will collaborate with restaurant and bar teams to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and drive guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to work flexible or rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee guest relations and VIP bookings, maintaining Hilton standards.
• Train and coach staff to uphold hospitality excellence and procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
